Classes include activities and strategies to help children explore how mindfulness can bring out the best in them - a young person who is comfortable and proud to be themselves.

Mindfulness club classes include themes such as self-esteem, resilience, kindness, gratitude, positive thinking and many more.

Classes include lots of  props and materials to make the learning interesting and fun.

Each class or term, children create arts and craft to add to their mindfulness toolkits. Previous projects have included affirmation cards, dream catchers and  gratitude journals.

All classes include breathing exercises, meditation, yoga postures and mindful movement, games, stories, poems and sayings, visualisation, imagery and relaxation.
